Volunteering for the Landmark Arts Centre

The Landmark Arts Centre has a small paid staff supported by a team of volunteers, who are very much valued and who play a vital role in helping to deliver our programme of events and activities. As well as being a great way to support our work, it is also a great way to meet people and either learn new skills or maintain existing ones.

Currently volunteers assist in the following areas:

• office support
• event & exhibition set up & delivery
• café & bar
• ground maintenance.

Volunteer Role Descriptions describes what is involved in each area. All new volunteers receive training relevant to the area they wish to help with.

We are always keen to welcome new volunteers, but we also understand that people will have different lifestyles that will affect the amount of time they can give. Consequently we only ask for a minimum commitment of one event per season. Volunteers are sent a Volunteer Events Rota at the start of each season on which they indicate their availability.
