Spaces & Rooms for Hire
The Landmark Arts Centre offers individual space and room hire at hourly rates on an ad-hoc and term basis.
Tutors booking a term hire (minimum 10 weeks) benefit from free marketing comprising an entry on the appropriate classes page of our website plus inclusion in our quarterly events brochure.
Our Stunning Main Hall
- Up to 220 for seated wedding receptions and private events
- Up to 320 capacity for a conference and, with a magnificent stage setting, the same audience numbers for performances.
- The Landmark Art Gallery, for both group and solo visual arts exhibitions.
The Stage Area
- A large space (8m x 10m) with vinyl flooring ideal for dance, exercise, children’s activities or workshops
- PA system
- Also ideal as a rehearsal space.
The Bell Room
- A separate room (8m x 5.5m) with carpeted floor for classes, workshops, photo shoots and also for meetings
