Spaces & Rooms for Hire

The Landmark Arts Centre offers individual space and room hire at hourly rates on an ad-hoc and term basis.

Tutors booking a term hire (minimum 10 weeks) benefit from free marketing comprising:

• an entry on the appropriate classes page, plus
• inclusion in our quarterly events brochure.

Our Stunning Main Hall

• Up to 220 for seated wedding receptions and private events
• Up to 320 capacity for a conference and, with a magnificent stage setting, the same audience numbers for performances.
• The Landmark Art Gallery, for both group and solo visual arts exhibitions.

The Stage Area

• A large space (8m x 10m) with vinyl flooring ideal for dance, exercise, children’s activities or workshops
• PA system
• Also ideal as a rehearsal space.

The Bell Room

A separate room (8m x 5.5m) with carpeted floor for classes, workshops, photo shoots and also for meetings.
