New Painting Made Easy

This new art class teaches how to paint with Acrylic colours. Different techniques, composition, textures and tones are explored, culminating in producing your own painting on canvas. All levels welcome.

Botanical Art – Drawing and Watercolour

An adult drawing and watercolour painting class, teaching the skills of accurate observation with an emphasis on nature. The course will allow you to depict flowers and foliage in a precise manner. All levels are welcome.

Felt Making

The Landmark Sound

Course Tutor: experienced choir leader Phoene Cave
This choir is ideal for people who love to sing but can’t read music. Learn a wide range of songs including pop, gospel, world music and musical theatre, as well as basic breathing and vocal techniques.
Suitable for all ages from 14+ and men are particularly welcome. Early booking recommended as places are limited.
Performing is not the central purpose of the Sound, but the choir will be involved in a performance in November at the Centre.

DanceAct–for adults with learning disabilities

If you enjoy acting, singing or dancing and would like to meet other people who share the same interest, then come and join DANCEACT. Led by 2 experienced tutors, everyone works hard and has lots of fun putting together a show twice a year which is staged for family and friends.
