A welcome return by the superb Andy Fairweather Low with Dave Bronze (Bass), Paul Beavis (Drums) and Nick Pentelow (Sax & Clarinet).

Low shot to fame as vocalist and leader of Amen Corner, who in 1969 hit Number 1 with ‘(If Paradise Is) Half As Nice’. The guitarist and vocalist of choice for a phenomenal cast list of musical luminaries including Bob Dylan, Roger Waters, Eric Clapton and Van Morrison, don’t miss this chance to catch him at the Landmark.

The legendary Opera Cabaret brings its unique combination of song and celebration to the Landmark. Superb opera professionals perform a dazzling programme of arias and ensembles, including favourite pieces alongside spectacular moments of operatic drama, pathos – and wit. Be prepared to become the chorus for our sensational finale!!

The inimitable Adey Grummet is your host, with virtuoso pianist Jonathan Williams at the piano. The evening includes a Glyndebourne-style supper interval at tables, so bring your friends and a picnic! (Please note: drinks from the bar only.)

If you don’t know the voice of Cara Dillon, you’re in for a treat. If you are already amongst her legions of admirers around the world, you know you have something special in store. The extraordinary Irish singer has won every folk award going, but confesses to being no purist, making music that reaches beyond the constraints and limitations of tradition.

For her second visit to the Landmark she will be supported by her full band plus a support act.

Schumann’s beautiful cello concerto forms the centerpiece of Thames Philharmonia’s summer concert, celebrating the friendship of two great romantic composers: Schumann and Brahms. An atmospheric tone poem, The Enchanted Lake, by the Russian composer Liadov sets the scene, and the programme concludes with Brahms’ crowning masterpiece – his Fourth Symphony, which blends majestic pathos with moments of exuberant joy.

A triple-decker sandwich of glorious anthems by Henry Purcell, including ‘Hear my Prayer, O Lord’ and ‘My Heart is Inditing’, round a delectable filling of Heinrich Schütz’s ‘Musikalische Exequien’ and an eight-part extravaganza by Samuel Scheidt.

Brandenburg Baroque Strings on period instruments will provide a rich accompaniment, with Christopher Herrick conducting.
