Local poet Alison Hill launches her new collection of poems Sisters in Spitfires, which explores the little-known story of Britain's World War II female pilots.
Together with music from the fabulously authentic and gorgeous close vocal harmony trio, The Spitfire Sisters, this will be a very special 1940s inspired evening. So come and party like its 1941 – there’ll be a prize for the best dressed couple!
