Applications for Art Course Show 2026

Please read the following information carefully before agreeing.

Entry Agreement

By completing the online entry form and submitting to the exhibition, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. You also consent to Landmark Arts Centre staff handling and removing your artwork when required.

Presentation Requirements

All framed work must have two eyelets or inward-facing mirror plates attached to the back, with a securely tied wire or cord between them to allow for hanging.

Unframed work should be mounted and ideally wrapped in clear cellophane. This allows Velcro to be used for secure and safe installation.

Delivery Due Date

All participants will be notified of accepted artwork(s) by 5pm on Friday 26th June 2026. All confirmed artworks must be delivered within the stated drop-off period, Monday 29th June to Friday 10th July between the hours of 10 am to 4 pm.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate deliveries outside of this window of time. If you have any questions or special circumstances, please contact the Landmark’s Interim Creative Learning Manager, Audrey Owusu-Frempong, at learning@landmarkartscentre.org.

Collection of Work

Participants must collect all work at the designated collection time: between 20:00 and 21:00pm on Saturday 18th July at the closing view. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Interim Creative Learning Manager.

If an artwork is not collected within this timeframe, the Landmark Arts Centre reserves the right to dispose of it at its discretion.

Size and Display Limitations

Due to space constraints, we may be unable to accommodate large-scale works. Maximum size for entries is 100 cm in any direction. Some courses may be able to provide print racks or browsers for additional unframed works (e.g., works in sleeves). All works must be mounted and clearly labelled. We encourage framing where appropriate to the artwork.

Exhibitors agree to the condition that at no point during the exhibition are they permitted to alter, tamper with, or make adjustments to the curation and display of their artwork. If exhibitors have any issue with the installation or curation of their artwork, this must be reported to the curatorial team, and any adjustments that are deemed necessary will be carried out by Landmark staff. At no point during the event are exhibiting artists permitted to remove any artwork from the exhibition.

Labelling

Each artwork must be clearly labelled on the reverse with the artist’s full name and the title of the work.

Artwork Sales

The exhibition is intended to celebrate and showcase students’ work and achievements. Works displayed as part of the exhibition will not be offered for sale, ensuring the focus remains on recognising and celebrating the creative achievements of all participants.

Insurance and Liability

Please note that under Landmark’s insurance policy, artworks are only insured in the event of a break-in. Theft or damage occurring during open hours is not covered. Artists who wish to protect their work more fully are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.

Marketing

Landmark has the right to use any images submitted in your application for marketing and promotional purposes concerning our Summer Course Show.
