ALOUD Singing

Open to all adults, no experience required!

ALOUD is a friendly, mixed-ability group of singers. It was created as a workshop for exploring our unaccompanied solo voices in a non-judgemental and encouraging environment. It has since developed to include singing backing vocals for each other, and learning some fun a cappella group songs as well.

Choose any song you like, bring it to the session, and have a go! And if you’ve always wanted to sing in harmony with other people, now’s your chance. We learn everything by ear in class and from learning tracks.  Occasionally a group member might bring along a guitar or other instrument to accompany themselves or others, so if you’re so inclined, you’re very welcome!

At the end of the term you’ll get to perform for your family and friends.
