Family Yoga – Perfect for Fathers Day

A great way to get you moving, laughing and connecting as a family. Explore the world through the elements and take away techniques to feel grounded, creative, energetic and calm.

Ages 6+

What you need for your class: every adult needs to bring their own mat, children can use one of our mats if needed, a water bottle (for hydration,) a small towel (for sweat), loose fitting clothing (stretching!).
