For years, three busy lifeboat stations have worked on the Thames. The volunteers who risk their lives to crew them have been the city’s ‘Unsung Heroes’… well, not anymore!
Join us in celebrating the RNLI’s 200th anniversary and its lifesaving work on the Thames. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and fun-filled performances of traditional shanties with the Monkeyfists, joined by groups of singers from London’s Lifeboat stations – Teddington, Tower, and Chiswick.
Want to join a singing workshop? Learn songs at one of three riverside locations and get a free ticket to the performance, where you can lend your voice to the big night. See education listings here for more details.
Don’t miss this special event. Book your tickets now and let’s sing for the unsung heroes of London’s Lifeboats.
