Fayon Dixon (She/Her)

Fayon Dixon is an inspirational speaker, host and broadcaster. Her versatility is evident from the variety of events she has hosted, including The Royal Albert Hall, ‘Tomorrow’s Engineers Week-Big Assembly’, hybrid virtual events, and interviews with STEM associates for Equal Engineers. She is the energy behind Engineering UK’s speed networking event Meet The Future You; at The Big Bang Fair, helping students learn networking skills to boost confidence and support a career in STEM.
Fayon is the EqualEngineers Engagement Manager leading on all stakeholder interaction. Fayon’s also brings her weekly motivational feature; ‘Winning Over Wednesday’ to get the nation over hump day. Fayon is the host and producer of her own award-winning children’s radio show ‘The Kids Are Alright’ on Riverside Radio. Fayon provides a much-needed platform for local kids to come into the studio, broadcast LIVE, present, learn technical skills, and express and explore their passions.

Mona Karraoui (She/Her)

Mona has global experience in ‘voluntary sustainability standards and sustainability programmes’ across a range of industries. She specialises in strategic development working in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. In the last ten years she consulted to the GEO Foundation, SFA:Sustainable Fibre Alliance, and AWS:Alliance for Water Stewardship. With these organisations, as with others, Mona has laid the foundation for lasting sustainable solutions. Though the industries may be diverse, their sustainability processes are woven with her applied rigour in ‘governance, standards, assurance, and credibility systems’.
Working across 20 countries including Pakistan, Egypt, Yemen, Morocco, and Mona developed a sustainable multi-stakeholder value chain and social feeding programmes for Tetra Laval’s Food for Development Office. She initiated links between private sector with local government, UN agencies (such as UNICEF, WFP, UNIDO) and funding partners (SIDA, World Bank, Rabobank).
Mona has a first degree in Social Anthropology and Postgrad. in Sustainable Business, from the London School of Economics and the CPSL, University of Cambridge respectively.

Jeremy Lambert (He/Him)

Jeremy is a Chief technical officer at AGAIN, a startup developing technology to clean packaging affordably and at scale. Jeremy’s role at Again has been to create a crazy roadmap, build the team and deliver technological solutions to make packaging truly sustainable. Jeremy, a chartered engineer with specialisation in automotive engineering, robotic systems, high-level software design and development, web technologies and Project Management. He brings his vast experience together making the world sustainable one package at a time.

Brogan MacDonald (she/her)

Brogan is a chartered civil engineer and Head of Sustainability in Ramboll Building Structures UK. She is passionate about equity, climate justice and encouraging girls into STEM. Brogan was the winner of ‘Best Young Woman Engineer’ in 2020 Women in Construction and Engineering Awards and she was also awarded the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) Top 50 Women in Sustainability 2020. Brogan is also an active member of the WES Climate Emergency Group.

William Dryden (He/Him)

William is a Operational Manager at National Gird ESO. Working on shift in the electricity national control centre, William has been at the forefront of enabling the transition to a zero carbon national gird. Before work for the ESO William taught 11-18 Mathematics, in lower social economic areas. William is charted engineer and freeman of the city of London, with a passion for encouraging pupils from underrepresented groups into STEAM. William has a passion for evolving DEI policies to enable the development of a true culture of belonging.
