Sketch & Draw Outside: Introduction to Plein Air (1-day)

Art Classes & Workshops

9 August: 10 am-4pm

Open to all adults – no experienced required.

The morning session will be spent along the banks of the River Thames, by Teddinton Lock – sketching and drawing. We will explore composition and how to create quick sketches. There will be plenty of time to learn to draw from observation, but you can always take a few photographs as well for reference too. There are plenty of things to sketch, the boats, the lock, and the architecture of the local riverside communities. It is a perfect place to be creative.
