Summer Music : Strings (1-day)

Music Classes

22 Aug, 10am-4pm

Open to adults with some experience of orchestral or band playing.

A whole day of music making with experienced conductors! The repertoire on each day will be full of variety, including Classical, Light, Film and Dance music plus a surprise or two!

Summer Strings on Thursday, August 22nd conducted by Martin Stuart
Martin Stuart is a very experienced conductor and teacher who was formerly Deputy Director of the Merton Music Foundation. He has conducted several ensembles in South-West London with both adult and young musicians and is now involved in a number of orchestras (including Stockport Sinfonia) and other ensembles in the Manchester area where he now lives. We are very pleased to welcome him back to conduct Summer Strings this year.
