Wellbeing Session: Art of Positivity
Workshops
ONE-OFF: Wed 1 May, 7-8pm
Open to all adults.
In today’s modern world that encourages instant comparisons often based on superficial qualities, it’s very easy to not feel so good about ourselves. It’s a world that thrives on keeping very busy allowing very few opportunities to go inwards as we often believe that our happiness lies out there.
And yet, if we encourage ourselves to take a pause and reflect, we can discover things that will lead us towards a more positive and fulfilling relationship with ourselves, one that thrives on being gentle and on taking care of our needs. By creating these peaceful moments, we are in a position to see what doesn’t feel right and take action to change it.
Creating a positive experience is something that anyone can learn to do and this workshop will teach you tools that you can take away and practice at home.
