Wellbeing: FUNdamental Singing
Music Classes
Dates4 weeks from 3 June 20243, 10, 17, 24 June
Open to all adults, no singing experience required. All music will be taught by ear.Singing is well-known to make us feel better, and singing with others even more so.
This class focuses on singing elements that will improve our mental and physical well-being and develop our singing technique along the way. Learn how to improve your breath control, spot and release your habitual tensions, improve your musical ear and tune in to the people around you, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Includes useful transferable skills for everyday life.
- Week 1: Focus on posture
- Week 2: Focus on breathing
- Week 3: Focus on releasing tension
- Week 4: Tuning in
No materials required. All music will be taught by ear and without music or lyrics copies.
