
Stencil Screen Printing

Duration: 4 hrs
Book PlaceThis workshop will be suitable for anyone over the age of 8. Together we will learn the basics of screen printing using cut-out stencils and aim to create 2-colour prints on either paper or textile. There will also be the opportunity to print using pre-exposed screens with simple motifs from the local area and surrounding nature.
Beginners welcome.

About the Tutor:
Daniel Haskett is an illustrator and printmaker from West London who lives in Berlin and is part of the screen printing collective SDW in Kreuzberg. His clients include The Guardian, The New York Times and he has taught students and pupils at Middlesex University and Hounslow Town Primary School.

Age range:
Anyone over the age of 8, including adults! All under 16’s should be accompanied by a paying adult.
Materials Info:
All materials are provided. However, working with ink can be a little messy, so bring an apron. You will be working on paper that is provided but there is an optional choice to print on a tote bag for an extra £5 each.
