
Open to adults & young people (12+) – no experience required.
A combination of relaxing and meditative sounds, followed by gentle and restorative yoga. Bring your own yoga mat. Suitable for beginners – all young people (under18) MUST be accompanied by an adult (we have a limited amount of mats for young people available).
Sound Baths
Sound Baths are acoustic healing journeys to relax the body, calm the mind and activate your body’s natural healing systems. This immersive sound experience will gently allow your mind to enter a meditative state, while vibrations will aid in revitalising your body and release tension.
Yoga
Through regular practice, yoga has the potential to ease tension, lower blood pressure and relax our bodies and minds. Through yoga, we find harmony, stability and balance as the body develops new pathways and tools to be able to sustain these feelings long term.
