The Landmark Arts Centre is not responsible for any missing items. 4. COLLECTION & LATE COLLECTION FEES The Landmark Arts Centre requires all children to be collected or picked up by their parent(s)/guardian(s) at the end of each day (times as stated on our website). The Landmark Arts Centre reserves the right to charge a fee for late collection of any children. If a child is collected after the allocated collection time identified on booking, the parent / guardian will be subject to a charge of £10.00 per child for every 15 minutes, up until collection. Please inform the Landmark Arts Centre’s front desk at 020 8977 7558 if you are going to be delayed. 6. SAFEGUARDING The Landmark Arts Centre staff have a duty to respond if they suspect a child in their care is unsafe or may be suffering from abuse, or if a child makes a disclosure about abuse. Our staff follow our Safeguarding Policy detailed at www.landmarkartscentre.org/policies-procedures 7. LIABILITY The Landmark Arts Centre does not accept liability for personal injury or death of any participants unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company or its servants. 8. INSURANCE All children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance. 9. USE OF DATA As part of the FUEL funding, we are required to share student information with ‘Achieving for Children’ and the Department of Education.
