We are currently recruiting for two new roles to join our small and friendly team at the Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington.
Both roles will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the Centre, helping us continue to provide a welcoming, safe and well-organised environment for our audiences, artists, tutors, hirers and community.
Front of House Supervisor
We are looking for an organised, welcoming and practical Front of House Supervisor to help us deliver a great experience for everyone who visits the Landmark.
Working with our team of casual Front of House staff and volunteers, you will coordinate rotas, support and train the team, and help ensure our events are welcoming, safe and well organised. You will have excellent customer service and organisational skills, be confident supporting a varied team and be comfortable working in the busy and sometimes unpredictable environment of an arts venue. The role will include occasional evening and weekend working to support the Front of House teams during events.
Hours: 2.5 days per week – working pattern to be discussed
Salary: £14,430 per annum (£28,860 FTE)
Contract: Permanent

Facilities Coordinator
We are looking for a practical and organised Facilities Coordinator to help us look after the Landmark and ensure our Grade II* listed building is safe, well maintained and ready for everything that happens here.
This is a varied role combining hands-on work around the building with desk-based administration. You might be setting up a classroom, moving equipment or carrying out a minor repair one moment, and arranging a contractor, checking statutory paperwork or updating maintenance records the next.
We are looking for someone practical, reliable and organised who knows when they can tackle something themselves and when a specialist contractor is needed. Some knowledge of stage lighting, sound or technical equipment would also be useful.
Hours: 3 days per week – working pattern to be discussed
Salary: £17,316 per annum (£28,860 FTE)
Contract: Permanent
