Pricing varies between events and activities. Some offer concession tickets, some use our flexible pricing model, and others have a single standard price for everyone. The pricing available for each event or activity will always be shown on its booking page.
Concession tickets
Where concession tickets are available, they are intended for anyone who may find the full price a barrier to attending.
This may include older people, young people and students, people who are unemployed, receiving benefits, disabled, or on a low income, as well as anyone else who may find the full price a barrier to attending. We recognise that everyone’s circumstances are different.
We don’t ask for proof of eligibility – please simply choose the ticket price that is right for your circumstances.
For many of our events, we offer a free ticket for an essential companion or carer accompanying someone who needs support to attend. These tickets cannot currently be booked online, so please contact our Box Office by phone or email to arrange your booking.
Flexible pricing: Pay Less / Standard / Pay It Forward
For some events and activities, rather than offering a traditional concession, we use a flexible pricing model. There are three prices to choose from:
Pay Less – for those who need a little extra support right now. Choose this price if the standard price would make it harder for you to attend.
Standard – the usual price, reflecting the cost of putting on the event or activity.
Pay It Forward – if you’re able to contribute a little extra. Choosing this option helps us keep lower-priced tickets available and supports the Landmark, the artists we work with and the programme we present.
Whichever price you choose, you’ll receive exactly the same experience. Simply pick the pricing option that best suits your needs.
