Internationally award-winning saxophonist and composer Tom Thorp takes a journey through stories and characters from world mythology with his quintet, ILUMETRIS.

Tom is joined by an exceptional line-up of internationally renowned musicians:

In this new multimedia exhibition show, ILUMETRIS perform their critically acclaimed album Here, There Be Monsters… (AMP Records) in an exciting collaboration with illustrator and animator AllMighty Steve (Steve Bridger).

Blending virtuosic improvisation, complex grooves, spoken word and lyrical melody, Here, There Be Monsters… brings timeless musical stories to life through familiar characters from world mythology.

This immersive fusion of music and visual art features Bridger’s striking paintings, illustrations and animations, transporting audiences into the worlds of the Minotaur, the majestic Phoenix, clouds of destructive pixies, swooping dragons, vengeful giants and many more.
