EDUC: Submit weekly class information

ABOUT YOU AND THE CLASS:

If you are teaching 2 blocks of the SAME course (for example when you repeat the same 4 or 5 or 6 week course twice in the same term), then you will need to fill the current form only once.
If you are, however, teaching 2 blocks but each block is different (potentially with different title, or just content, or focus), then you will need to complete this form twice. In this case please finish the submission for your 1st course, and use the same link to make a 2nd submission.
