Participation Agreement

By completing the online application form and submitting your work, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Submission Requirements

Submitted work must be your own original writing and created as part of your participation in a Landmark Arts Centre Creative Learning course.

Applicants must provide the title of their work, genre/medium, and estimated time required to read the piece aloud.

Selection Process

Due to programme and time constraints, submission of an application does not guarantee a place in the live reading. The Landmark Arts Centre reserves the right to curate the final programme and determine the number of participants selected.

Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 26 June 2026.

Finissage and Live Reading

Selected participants will be invited to perform a live reading of their work at the Art Course Show Finissage on Saturday 18 July 2026.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their reading remains within the duration stated on their application form. The Landmark Arts Centre reserves the right to make adjustments to the programme where necessary.

Content

The Landmark Arts Centre is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all participants and visitors. The Landmark reserves the right to decline submissions that contain content deemed inappropriate, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise unsuitable for a public event.

Photography and Marketing

By participating in the event, you consent to photography, filming, and recording that may be used by the Landmark Arts Centre for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes.
