Doors & café/bar open: 1.45pm

Charles and Rob are known for their tailored musical interpretations, sharp and snappy appearance and their tightly woven friendship, so visible in performance. The pair, best of friends for many years, embarked on their musical partnership as the tenor duo in international award-winning vocal ensemble VOCES8. They now work together as a collaborative duo creating and performing well-researched and varied programmes.

This pairing has almost telepathic communication and obvious joy in cooperation; this is music-making which unites performers and audience in relishing talent and expertise…sends you away feeling privileged to have witnessed something wonderful.

Masks: everybody has more than one side… In his debut concert series pianist Elia Stavrou performs a programme exploring the different musical contrasts and guises of three illustrious composers who were closely connected to one another. This compelling programme includes Claude Debussy’s Estampes, Ravel’s Gaspard de la Nuit and a selection of works by Gabriel Fauré.
