2021 – Looking Forward

Posted: Thursday, 14 January 2021 at 4.30pm

Currently we are closed as a building once more, although pleased to be running a range of on-line classes and choirs.

With the vaccines coming we can now see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. We will be able to fully re-open once again, but we just don’t know when that will be; estimates are anywhere from late Spring, to early Summer or later.

Our grant from the Government’s Cultural Recovery Fund helps us remain financially viable until the end of March 2021 and our concern now is getting from March through to when we can fully re-open.

So, our need to fundraise to save the centre from the threat of permanent closure continues and if you are able to, please…

Thank you for your support through these turbulent months. We very much appreciate it. Stay well and stay safe and we very much hope to be welcoming you back to the Landmark as soon as we can.

Coronavirus and The Landmark

Posted: Tuesday, 17 March 2020

In the light of the Government’s announcement yesterday, the Landmark has decided that we should play our part in fighting the spread of the virus by suspending our activities until further notice. We are seeking to re-arrange as many events and classes as we can for a later date and will publish updates on our website and via social media.

Our team will be contacting affected patrons as quickly as possible, but it will take us time to do so. Please bear with us.

The Landmark is an unsubsidised charity and this unprecedented situation will have a significant financial impact on us. We need your support now more than ever. If you are able to donate £5 please text LACL01 to 70970.

We look forward to welcoming you back at a later date. In the meantime, thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time. We hope you and your loved ones stay healthy.
