If you have a background in publishing or marketing & PR then we are looking for volunteers to help in the following ways.
Monthly Newsletter Editor
Assist our Marketing Officer with the writing, formatting and proofing of our monthly ‘What’s On’ newsletter. This role can be done remotely or onsite, with varying levels of responsibility and flexibility at the discretion of the Marketing Officer.

You will be confident in writing copy with a refined attention to detail.
Social Media
If you are proficient at uploading content for Facebook, Twitter, Insta, TikTok & YouTube then we need you! This role could encompass both designing assets and posting them, however there is the option to just focus on one task or the other.
You will follow a protocol and house style for posting news and updates in collaboration with our Marketing Officer.

Ideally weekly, with the option to work remotely.

Able to use scheduling programmes, confident in tagging, resizing images, etc. (E)
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop etc. (D)
General Marketing
Designing & setting basic posters/flyers; organising distribution including physically trying to get them up in shops, libraries, anywhere!
This role could be in collaboration with the Social Media volunteer. All communications will be coordinated by the Marketing Officer to ensure brand consistency.
